Erin moved to Austin, a sleepy college town, in 1989 to attend the University of Texas School of Fine Arts. She quickly fell in love with the spirit and lifestyle of the people and the natural beauty of the city and its surrounding areas. During her time in Austin she has lived in several different areas, including Tarrytown, Clarksville, Rosedale and Bouldin. In doing so, she has developed a passion and love for fine real estate and an intimate knowledge of the nuances and advantages of each neighborhood.
Her artistic background provides a unique sensibility to understand design and architecture. She has helped design, remodel, and furnish two unique homes and has recently downsized to a 1920’s Clarksville bungalow with her husband, two daughters, two dogs and a crazy cat.
Erin and her husband have opened several popular restaurants in Austin, including 24 Diner, Irene’s, Italic, Key Bar, and Cookbook Cafe in the Central Library, always with an emphasis on and dedication to exceptional customer service and the highest quality standards. Her unyielding commitment to customer satisfaction and high attention to detail has translated seamlessly into her real estate relationships. Erin’s extensive knowledge of Austin and its surrounding areas will make your real estate journey a fun and positive experience!
